Furniture:

• The unit type is 3-bedroom suite, which means you have your own bedroom and shared bathroom. You can use common kitchen on the same floor. 
• The bedroom is fully furnished: an elevated bed and mattress (twin XL, linens not provided) with underlying drawers, a desk with a set of bookshelves, an office chair, a bedside table with drawers, a desklight, a fridge,and an armoire.

Room condition: Very clean. The sublicenser will leave some boxes in the under-the-bed space (not in the drawers) and the common area.

Others:

• The term of rent is from 12/24 to 1/21, with rent charged at $288.5/week. (Dates are flexible within those boundary dates, but not either side unfortunately). 
• The contract on the unit is being terminated as at 1/21, so on the last day of occupancy, the occupant will need to clear their belongings and clean a little (just a quick vacuum / empty the bins / etc.) before handing the key to the reception.
• A sublicensee is expected to keep the room tidy and clean during the period.
