I’m subleasing my room at Sidney Pacific, from June 1st until end of August. 

The room is spacious, bright, and well-maintained, perfect for someone looking for a cozy living space.

Location: A short 10-minute walk to central square, with easy access to public transportation, Hmart, Target and local shops. 

Room Features: The room is fully furnished with a large closet, drawer, bookshelf, twin XL bed and desk and plenty of natural light.

Apartment Features: The house is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with a shared living room and kitchen. You’ll be living with a female phd student with a cat (the cat stays in her room).
