Sidney-Pacific room #589A | 2-bedroom suite

I'm moving out in July and looking to sublicense my room in a 2-bedroom suite at Sidney-Pacific for part of the month. Move-in/move-out dates and rent are negotiable.

The room is furnished with standard Sidney-Pacific dorm furniture (bed, desk, chair, dressers, etc.), as I’ll be taking all my personal items with me. The room is spacious with excellent natural lighting.

Important Notes:

• The other bedroom is currently unoccupied, and there's a good chance it will remain that way until July 31. That means you might have exclusive use of the kitchen and bathroom.
• Kitchen includes a conventional oven, stove, and refrigerator.
• As a resident, you'll have access to all of Sidney-Pacific’s amenities, including:
  • Laundry room
  • Gym
  • Music room
  • Common lounges and other dorm utilities
