The Warehouse room #108 | Efficiency apartment

• Spacious (corner) studio unit with high ceilings (10+ft) and 360 sq.ft.:
  • Kitchen area including oven, microwave, sink with garbage disposer unit, and a small refrigerator.
  • Desk, chair, bookshelf, small couch, temperature control, two ethernet ports (for wired internet), and wireless internet coverage.
  • Bedroom with full XL bed, drawers and a wardrobe.
  • Separate bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

Bedroom is semi-separate unlike most Warehouse rooms. This unit is also opposite the train tracks (so less sound) and has 6 long windows (8~10ft, 4x north and 2x west facing), with plenty of light.

Sublicensee agrees to all responsibilities as in sublicensecenter.mit.edu/node/2 and as regarding the Warehouse (at wh.mit.edu), including move-out responsibility (broom clean and checkout at front desk under my name).
