About the Apartment:

• Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. Each occupant has a private bedroom. Your roommate is a female MIT PhD student.
• The bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed and mattress, a desk, a closet, an under-bed dresser, and a monitor
• Air conditioning, heat, and all other utilities are included in rent.
• The shared space has a TV and perfect seating for a movie night. It also has plants (our green babies) that we will kindly ask you to water :)
• Kitchen has an oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, a blender, a toaster, dishwasher, trash & recycle bins, cookware and utensils.

About Graduate Junction, apartment view, and amenities:

• Apartment is on the 7th floor with a great view of Boston's skyline, the river and MIT's Briggs field.
  • Right from your room window, you’ll get to watch rowing, soccer games, sailing, AND even fireworks (on the 4th of July ..!!)  See pics for the view.
• Graduate Junction is a large graduate residence building with many amenities
  • (e.g., patio with grills, rooftop, laundry room, bike room, gym, conference rooms, lounges, ping pong table, lobby/front desk overseeing visitors and packages, printers, etc.).
• The community in the building is very strong and welcoming
  • regular events like “Build Your Own Taco” nights, flower bouquet-making, movie nights, and other fun gatherings to help you feel right at home.

• MIT Tech shuttle stop right outside the building
