- Convenient single room located very close to the main entrance and side exits on Amherst Street and Ames Street without need for stairs/elevator.
- Includes mini refrigerator, hand vacuum, desk light, hamper, clothes hangers, desk chair, circle chair, and speaker for use by sublicensee (these items must be treated with care and not leave the room/building).
- Kitchen cabinet (with saucepan, pot, lids, and cooking utensils), five clothes drawers and three desk drawers free for use.
- Bed sheets and blanket (must be cleaned about every 2 weeks) and mattress topper included.
- Paper towels and disinfecting wipes included.
- Luggage storage space under bed.
- Location is very close to Kendall/MIT Red Line station and Alumni Pool/Gym (3min walk), MIT Health (right across the street), and MIT's east campus.
- Adhesive wall decorations, souvenirs, plants, boxes/bags, and books of the sublicensor will remain and should not be tampered with, aside from books which may be read and must be returned to the bookshelf and plants which need watering about once every 2 weeks.
