• Private bedroom with bed, desk, dresser, and closet (you’ll need to bring your own linens)
• Shared spaces: living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom
• Located on the 17th floor with a stunning view of Boston and the Charles River
• Building amenities: common lounges, gym in the basement, in-building laundry & dryer, and free loaner items at the front desk (cleaning supplies, tools, board games, bike pumps, etc.)

Location Perks:

• On MIT campus: walking distance to the Z Center gym & pool, MIT Sailing Pavilion, and the Kendall Square Red Line station
• Bluebikes station right at the building’s doorstep (I’m also happy to lend you my bike for the month!)

Roommates:

• You’ll be sharing with two friendly women; preference for another woman to take over the lease
