My bright, modern, spotless, less than one-year-old and fully equipped one-bedroom apartment at W87 Graduate Junction is available this summer for sublicense to a mature graduate student, MIT affiliate or couple. The available dates are an especially good fit for incoming LGO's: move-in on Sunday, June 1st, and move out by 12 noon on Friday, Aug 15th.

The bedroom is extra quiet as it does not share walls with any other lived spaces, and has a proper blackout and a double bed. There are several small and large drawers, a closet with full-length mirrors and space to store suitcases under the bed. The en-suite bathroom is large and modern, with a high-pressure shower, extra hangers for your towels and ample storage space for toiletries.
The separate living room features a large flat-screen TV with Netflix / HBO / Apple TV, a desk and comfortable office chair with a large computer monitor, and a sectioned leather sofa with a small designer coffee table. The kitchen has a large fridge & freezer, oven / broiler, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and an "island top" with stools on the living room side for dining. It is fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, cutlery etc.
