Sub-licensing one room in a 4-bedroom apartment of Sloan MBAs. Two other roommates, who are both incredible roommates and great guys, will be living in the unit at the same time. The fourth bedroom (the one adjacent to yours) will be unoccupied, so you'll effectively have half of the apartment--including a bathroom--to yourself.
7th floor unit with a beautiful view of campus, the Charles river, and the Boston skyline. Great natural lighting and very little street noise.
Brand new building with brand new appliances. Private gym, barbecue area, bike room, laundry, and package service on the 1st floor. "Rooftop" patio on the 6th floor.
10 min walk from Central square. Free MIT shuttle bus stop right outside the building. You can also have free use of my bike while sub-licensing.
For this price, I will leave pictures on the walls, and some of my stuff under the bed and in half of the closet (I'll fully clear off the desk and the other half of the closet). Willing to fully move all of my stuff out for an additional $50/week.
