I'm looking to sublet my room in a graduate junction 4bed and 2bath apartment. The dates would be July 1st to July 31st, but if you want to move in earlier let me know! 

• Rent is $1483/month (with no utilities!)
• Normally the unit is a 4 people, but you'll only have to share the space with 2 people!
• They are first year Grad students, (female) who are both really cool, chill and help keep the place tidy!
• Close to campus, and room is on the 2nd floor, so it’s super convenient for walking to campus
• The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and chair.
• Air conditioning!!
• Roommates are more than willing to share kitchen equipment/utensils.
• Washer & dryer in building, very short walk since you're 2nd floor.
• Right next to a tech shuttle stop!
