Hey! I’m subleasing my apartment for the whole summer. Ideally looking for someone who can take it for most (or all) of the period. This efficiency offers way more than most others: it has a queen-size bed (instead of the usual full XL), a 55-inch TV for you to enjoy, and a great workspace by the window with a nice view (plus a monitor you can use).
There’s also a bar table for two and an extra fridge in case you need more space (the one provided by MIT isn’t great). The unit is near the end of an alley, so it’s quieter than most others. I’m also leaving my kitchen stuff—pans, plates, cutlery, etc.—for you to use.
It also comes with the usual things: small kitchen, bathtub, etc.
Super cozy and great for both relaxing and getting work done :)
Rent is the same as what MIT charges: $1923/month (no taxes), and I ask for a $250 deposit in case of any damages.
