Hi there! This SidPac efficiency comes with a bunch of extra comforts that make it feel way more like a real home. The usual twin XL has been replaced with a comfy queen-size bed, and there’s a reading lamp right next to it for late-night work or relaxing. The unit also has a cute table for two, a monitor you’re welcome to use (the PC will be unplugged), and a proper gaming chair instead of the standard apartment one.
On top of the regular small SidPac fridge, the apartment includes a large fridge with a freezer (around 1.5 cu for the freezer and 6 cu for the fridge)! Super convenient if you cook or like to stock up and hate using communal freezers or the one that comes with the small fridge that doesn’t work properly. The place also comes with cutlery and basic kitchenware for 2–4 people :), several pans.
It’s right near the emergency exit, so the hallway stays quiet, and the space feels really cozy. And one of the nicest perks: this is one of the few SidPac efficiencies with actual outside windows in the desk area, which makes the room brighter and much nicer to work in!
I’m hoping to sublet to someone clean and respectful of the space. The deposit is only there because I’ve had past experiences where people left the apartment extremely dirty; it’s just in case something like that happens again, we can chat more on this upon agreement.
Rent is $2033 per month. If you stay less than a full month, we simply divide by 30 or 31 (depending on the month) and charge per day.
