Ashdown House room #3018B | 3-bedroom apartment

Single bedroom in three-bedroom apartment available for the summer from 06/01 to 08/16, although the exact dates for this listing are slightly negotiable as I will be out of town starting 05/27 and will not be back until 08/20 at the soonest. 

I will need to use the space under the bed and also possible in some other part of the apartment for storage of my belongings over the summer. Because of this, I will deduct $10 from the monthly rent (but this is also negotiable).
