We are subleasing our apartment this summer on the 14th floor of an MIT graduate residence. The unit offers a wide, open view with plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. Utilities (water, electricity, internet) are all included.
Our family of four (two adults and two children) normally lives here, but we are looking to sublease while we are away. The second bedroom is typically used as a music room with an electric piano and a guzheng, but we will store these items in the closet before you move in.
The room includes a TV with access to major channels via Xfinity, and we also have a personal router installed for easy screen casting.
Located right above Kendall Square Station, the building is steps away from the MIT Museum, shops, restaurants, and public transit. Garage parking is available in the building (MIT parking registration is required).
