Quiet, recently built building with modern appliances, pre-furnished, in-building laundry + gym, air conditioning, 24 hour building security, package room, and a full kitchen.

Apartment Details:
- The apartment will have all of the essentials to make your summer visit simple: kitchenware, cleaning supplies, hangers, laundry basket, shower curtain, desk setup including monitor for working/studying, wall decor pictured, and a pro level speaker for relaxing weekend tunes.
- We are on the 26th floor far from any street noise with blackout blinds and our bed has an additional queen size, memory foam, full mattress on top of the thin dorm like ones that come with the apartments at MIT for a truly restful nights sleep.
- Includes utilities such as electricity, heat, trash, and hot water. Internet access is also included and all of our residence halls offer wi-fi and ethernet connections.
- For children: popular gated MIT playground and indoor children's playroom, both only available to building residents. Great place to burn off extra energy, enjoy the Boston summer weather, and make new little friends in the building!
- If you prefer we leave clean bedding for you to have one less thing to move back and forth, we are happy to do so.
- There will be a small, neat few boxes in the back of the closet of our things, but we will clean out any dresser drawers, table surfaces, cabinets (other than kitchen equipment), and closets for your use during your stay.
About Us:
Rickard and I (Liv) are a clean couple that will ensure the apartment is in top shape before handing you the keys and expect the same of you upon our return. We will be in Sweden for the summer with family and would like a low maintenance couple or couple with a child that plans to visit for the entire summer semester and live in this family housing unit.
We strongly prefer proof of employment and first month’s rent at time of key exchange- happy to chat in further detail on this if you are interested in the apartment.
