Furnished studio/efficiency apartment on the second floor of The Warehouse! All utilities (electricities, WI-FI, etc...) are included with rent. It is a 5 minute walk to the center of campus. 

Longer leases are preferred: I particularly prefer offers which cover all of June and July. 

Depending on your needs, can also negotiate leaving cooking supplies and bedding in the apartment. Room is spacious (see pictures).
