I'm offering a short-term sublet for my private room at Sidney-Pacific Graduate Residences from Monday, December 23rd to Wednesday, January 8th (I will return late on January 8th).

Sublet Terms (Fixed):

• Dates: December 23 (Mon) – January 8 (Wed) only
  → Dates are fixed and non-negotiable.
• Rent: $600 total for the 2-week period (original rent is $800)
  → Heavily discounted yet slight room for negotiation depending on duration and fit
• Deposit: $50 refundable deposit, to be returned in full on your move-out day (January 8), assuming no issues.

Room Features and Furnishings:

• The unit is a 2-bedroom suite where two male residents share a kitchen and bathroom (each person has their own private room).
• The room is fully furnished with:
  • A single bed
  • A desk and a desk chair
  • A bookshelf
  • A large wardrobe-style closet and a dresser (ample clothing storage)
  • An additional chair for casual use
• The room is located on the 9th (top) floor and offers a wide, unobstructed view of the garden — perfect for those who appreciate natural light and an open, spacious feel.

Temporary Conditions (Please Read Carefully):

• I’ll be traveling to Korea from December 23 to January 8 and am offering the room at a heavily discounted price for someone in need of a short-term stay.
• As this is a last-minute trip, I won’t have time to pack up or clear out my belongings — the room will remain as-is with my items in place.
• If you’re looking for a quick, simple setup and don’t mind the presence of my personal items, this could be a convenient option.
• My housemate is also away for the holidays and won’t return until mid-January, so you’ll have the suite entirely to yourself during your stay.
• I will leave a freshly washed bed liner, comforter, and pillow in the room. You’re welcome to use them if needed — just leave them in the room when you move out on January 8th.

Building Amenities:

• Sidney-Pacific offers excellent facilities, including:
  • A fully equipped gym
  • A large laundry room
  • Common areas such as ping pong tables, music practice rooms, and various study spaces
• Each floor has a shared kitchen just steps from the room with microwaves and other appliances available.

Other Info:

• The current roommate is male, clean, and respectful — but will not be present during your stay.
