Sidney-Pacific room #209 | Efficiency apartment

This is a sublicense listing for an efficiency apartment at Sidney Pacific, which means you will have the whole apartment to yourself that includes a kitchen and bathroom within it. The usual cost for this room is over $2k per month, but I am sublicensing it for $750 per month (dates and rent are flexible). If you only take the room for certain weeks during the availability dates, we can suitably adjust the rent accordingly. 

The apartment includes a large height adjustable desk, TV and recliner, apart from the usual things like a bed, chair, etc.
