I’m Evan, I’m a master’s student in chemical engineering, and my 1-year lease expires July 31st, but I’m looking to move back home for the summer. My roommate and friend, a PhD student in chemical engineering, will be living in the apartment until the end of the lease period. He is kind, clean, neat, and respectful, and he is looking forward to getting to know any potential subletters!
