Open to sublicensing to either a male or a female. This is a two-bedroom, fully furnished apartment with a shared bathroom within the unit. The other room is currently occupied by a male PhD student in the Chemical Engineering department, who is an amazing roommate. The room being subleased is exceptionally spacious, where you can literally dance if you want to! There is enough closet space, a dedicated workspace, a twin bed frame with a mattress (you have to bring your own linens), temperature-controlled cooling during the summer, and an amazing window view of the entire SidPac courtyard, where you must have your morning coffee (like I do)! In the kitchen, you'll have four electric stove-tops, an oven, a sink, a large refrigerator (shared with another roommate), and a microwave. There are also several utensil racks to keep your utensils, and a dining table in the living area. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and bathtub. There is a $250 security deposit, which will be returned after inspection of the property at the end of the sublicensing period.
In addition, SidPac is a vibrant community with lots of events to attend and get free food! There are bi-weekly coffee hours on Wednesdays, once every two months, Sunday brunch, and board game nights on each Saturday. In addition, there are dedicated positions of responsibility in SidPac that host numerous other events throughout. You'll also have access to a large gym, a Seminar Room to host events or do Karaoke with friends, a dedicated game room with access to pool tables and PS5, a music room, a massage room, and several other common spaces (study lounges, common kitchens), which are ideal for gathering with friends. Overall, you will have an amazing time during your stay, as I always have!
