Ashdown House room #3106B | 3-bedroom suite

Looking for a clean, comfortable space in Ashdown? I am sublicensing my private bedroom in a three-bedroom suite.

The Space

• Layout: You will be in a spacious single room and sharing one bathroom (the third bedroom is currently unoccupied, not sure whether it would be occupied during the summer or not. But if not, it does offer extra privacy and quiet).
• Furnishings: The room comes fully equipped with:
  • Extra-long (XL) twin bed and mattress
  • Desk and ergonomic desk chair
  • Bookcase, wardrobe, and nightstand
• Condition: I will be packing up my personal belongings before your move-in to ensure you have maximum storage and living space. The room faces inward towards Ashdown courtyard, so it's extra quiet. And it comes with a nice view (you can even see the Prudential Center on a sunny day!)

• Flexible Essentials: I am happy to negotiate leaving behind cooking utensils or other daily living necessities if you’d like to save on purchasing them (e.g. personal fridge/freezer, tennis/pickleball/table tennis rackets, standing lights, lamp, hair dryer, air fryer, etc.).
