You’ll be living with one friendly, clean, and respectful first-year Operations Research PhD student (male).

📅 Lease Term:

• June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026
• Flexible: can extend stay through Sep.6th (and maybe the last weekend of May) at no extra cost

💰 Rent:

• $1608/month (includes everything)
