This SidPac efficiency comes with a bunch of thoughtful upgrades that make it feel much more like home compared to the standard MIT setup.
Upgrades (not included in the usual unit):
- Queen-size bed (instead of the standard twin XL)
- 50inc smart TV
- Reading lamp right next to the bed
- Table for two
- Monitor you can use (PC will be unplugged)
- Proper gaming chair, not the basic one from the apartment
- Large fridge with freezer (in addition to the standard small fridge)
- Cutlery and kitchenware for 2–4 people
- Multiple pans for cooking
- Small fan for extra comfort
It’s a really nice setup whether you’re working, studying, or just relaxing.
The location within the building is great too. It’s near the emergency exit, so it stays quiet and feels cozy. And one of the best parts: this is one of the few SidPac efficiencies with real outside windows right where the desk is, so you get natural light while working or studying.
Just a couple quick notes at the end: ideally looking for someone clean and respectful of the space. The deposit is simply there because I’ve had past experiences where the apartment was left very dirty, so it’s just a precaution :)!
Rent is $2033 per month. If you stay for less than a full month, it’s prorated by day (2033/30 or 2033/31 depending on the month).
Happy to be flexible with dates, whether slightly shorter or longer than listed; just reach out. Ideally looking for one person who can take most of the available days, but open to discussing different options.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
