Sidney-Pacific room #509 | Efficiency apartment

I am looking for a responsible individual to sublicense a self-contained efficiency apartment in Sid-Pac, from May 13th to September 5th, 2026.

The unit has: 

• a private kitchen
• a private bathroom with a bathtub
• a twin XL bed
• a large work desk and an ergonomic chair
• a drawer
• below-bed storage space.

Ideally I am looking for someone to live here for the whole summer, but I am open to receiving inquiries about a shorter duration.
