Graduate Junction (W88) room #916D | 4-Bedroom Suite

I am sublicensing my room in Graduate Junction W88 for the summer. 

The room is a single bedroom in a 4b2b apartment. Your flatmates, Mateusz, Adi, and Ben are three good friends of mine and very nice, sociable 2nd-year PhD students. 

The apartment has a beautiful view of the Charles River and the Boston Skyline.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen that you'll share with your flatmates. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

I will remove all my items apart from shelves, desk, bed and monitor from the room.

(Note that my rent is $1546 until end of May and $1600 starting June so I am offering this place at discount)
