Studio for individuals wanting a comfortable living space over the summer (5/16-8-16). I will be away for the summer and am looking for a tenant within the dates above! The deposit will be returned upon the end of the sublicensing term if there are no damages to the existing furniture. The rent is negotiable, so feel free to reach out at ys18@mit.edu.

Note: I will be returning to the unit on 8/16, so some large furniture will be left in the studio such as TV, desk, dresser, monitors, etc. If it interest you, use of the TV is completely fine! I will move smaller luggage to a separate space. Details can be figured out before an agreement can be made.
