Fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment for sublease. Plenty of room for single person or a couple. We are looking for someone clean and tidy who will take care of apartment as lovingly as we do. With an incredible view of the Charles river and an AC in the living room for the summer. Double bed, arm chairs, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Also looking for someone who will keep an eye on and water our plants which are quite important to us.

Dates are somewhat flexible so please let us know if you are interested even if your dates are slightly different than ours.
