• a modern bathroom with dual shower heads
• some plants - Monstera and avocado - a friendly request to please take care of them and water them regularly :)

• laundry room on the ground floor (washer and dryer)
• gym on the ground floor with various equipment
• amenity spaces on the ground floor and terrace
• private study rooms on the ground floor and the fourth floor
