Cozy studio apartment located in the Warehouse Building (224 Albany Street, Cambridge). Available from May-August. The studio apartment is fully furnished, has a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen to make your summer stay enjoyable!
Sublet is available May 20th until August 15th (could arrange for later check-out date).
The apartment is fully furnished (double bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, monitor, couch, shelving, desk chair, coat rack, etc.). The apartment has high ceilings, and large East facing windows that lets in lots of light during the day. It has a private bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. The kitchen will be fully equipped with cookware, and the apartment also has air conditioning. The bedroom and living spaces are separated by a wall partition to make the spaces feel separate and less of that ‘studio feel’. The apartment is located in a vibrant grad dorm called the Warehouse and has many amenities for residents to enjoy. The building has 24/7 security. Laundry is located on the ground floor. There are study spaces and common areas located all throughout the building. On the ground floor there is a games area where residents can play pool table, foosball, darts, ping pong, etc. There is a rooftop seating area that is very nice to enjoy in the evenings and on sunny days. As well, there are gym facilities on the ground and first floors.
Location is very close to campus. As well as a short walk away from Mass Ave which is full of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, nightlife, etc. The building is also very close to public transport options (with the subway only a 13 minute walk away!).
Rent is $1800/month + $300 deposit
