Since I won’t be in Boston over the summer, I’m looking to sublet my apartment to the right person.
Summer sublet for one room in a 2B1B MIT on-campus apartment
Time: May 26, 2026 to September 6, 2026. The dates are fully negotiable. Both short-term and long-term sublets are welcome, and there is no need to rent for the full period.
Location: 70 Pacific St, Sidney-Pacific, MIT graduate housing. It is about a 7-minute walk to the main academic buildings and 4 minutes to the gym.
Layout: One room in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, with a private bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is on the fifth floor, south-facing, with great sunlight and a nice view. The room is very spacious and comes furnished with air conditioning. The entire apartment will be yours. The building also has a gym, laundry room, study room, and plenty of common spaces.
Nearby amenities: The nearest commercial area is Central Square, about a 10-minute walk away, with H Mart, Target, and several Chinese restaurants.
Bed: A king-size bed, about twice the size of the standard apartment bed, very comfortable
