Hi! I'm sublicensing my fully furnished, air-conditioned room with access to in-building laundry and a gym. The start and end dates are flexible (preferably May 20 to August 9).

My unit includes:

• Extra-long twin bed and mattress
• Nightstand
• Wardrobe
• Bookcase
• Desk and desk chair

I'll also leave some useful electronic utilities for you to use, such as a hair dryer, desk lamp, and vacuum cleaner.
