Time period: 1 Jun 2026 - 31 Jul 2026. Dates are negotiable and both short-term and long-term sublets are welcome (but must be at least 2 weeks as per MIT requirements; sublicensing periods of less than 1 month will be pro-rated)
Layout: Studio apartment on the 4th floor that comes furnished with a extra-long twin bed and mattress, two dressers, wardrobe, bookcase, desk, desk chair and side chair. There is an attached kitchen with a refrigerator and oven, as well as an en suite bathroom. The room also has central air conditioning.

Building amenities: Laundry room, gym, bicycle storage rooms, study rooms, common kitchens
Location: About a 10-minute walk to the main MIT campus and to Central square. There is also an EZ-ride shuttle that stops right in front of the building for easy access to campus
Security deposit: $300, returned in full at the end of the sublet (assuming no damages).
