Efficiency Apartment at Sidney-Pacific -- Summer Sublet
I'm looking for someone to take over my efficiency apartment at Sidney Pacific for the summer. It's a great opportunity to live on campus.
Dates: May 22 – August 28, 2026 (flexible extension to September 4 if needed)
About the unit: ~320 sq ft private efficiency apartment with its own bathroom and kitchen (sink, stove/oven, fridge -- I can also leave pots and pans if needed) — fully furnished (XL twin bed, desk, dresser, wardrobe, bookshelf, TV). About Sid-Pac: Sid-Pac is MIT's largest on-campus grad residence. You get access to a fitness center, music room, game room, student lounges, outdoor courtyard and BBQ pits, in-building laundry, indoor bike storage, and a 24-hour front desk. The building has a really active, welcoming community with events and a diverse international crowd. It's also super well-located — close to campus (a 10-minute walk, or catch the EZ-Ride shuttle right in front of the building), and a short walk to Mass Ave. (Red Line stop, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, nightlife, etc.). MBTA bus routes 47 and CT2 stop right near the building, with the closest stop just a 3-minute walk away.
Security deposit: $300, returned in full at the end of the sublet.
