I'm subletting my efficiency apartment at The Warehouse.
The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a living/study room with a beautiful green couch, red brick walls, and a double bed. New smart TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime.
The apartment has high ceilings and is bright throughout the day, with air conditioning for any hot summer days.
The building has a gym and a game room downstairs, a study room across the hall, and a beautiful rooftop with an amazing view.
You can walk to Kendall/Central Square, while Target, Hmart, and others are also within walking distance.
The apartment also comes with kitchen/bathroom/bedding stuff, so it’s ready to move in.
I'm looking or somebody who (ideally) would take over the apartment until July 31, shorter stays are also welcome.
