That is a 3-bedroom women's apartment with 2 cool roommates. We are clean and organized, there is no noise from the outside, we value silence hours, and are chill on receiving guests. The room will be available all summer.
The apartment is equipped with all you need during your stay. The kitchen has all the necessary cutlery and pans.
You'll only need to bring bed sheets and bath towels, beyond your personal items - for sure!
The bedroom is equipped with:
- Air Conditioner - installed and working - summer in Boston is hotter than you think!
- Full bed - I bought a new one, other apartments have a twin bed. Much more space for you!
- Office table and chair
- Closet
- Drawer cabinet
My roommate and I are Brazilians with backgrounds in Architecture and Civil Engineering. This means we take great care of the apartment; you’ll see that the facilities—including the shower, outlets, and more—are in excellent condition! You will love living here and won’t have any issues with the building itself
