  • Living room: TV space with speakers and sofas, tables with chair for dinning, and some visual art + books.
  • Kitchen: large fully stocked kitchen with multiple pots and cooking utensils. Large fridge and large pantry to store food. Multiple cabinet space as well equipped with plates and tupperware.
  • Bedroom: comfortable queen size bed. Two nightstands, a chest drawer, two bookcases (one large, one small), large closet, study desk and chair, and a piano. Also cool posters in the wall.
• Building amenities.
  • Building has a laundry room. Usually cheap, but there's a chance it will be free for the summer.
  • Fully equipped gym with running treadmills, weightlifting equipment, rowing machine, and other cardio equipment. Edgerton is also close to the MIT gym.
  • Beautiful courtyard with BBQ area.
  • Two large ground-floor lounges, one of them with a piano, a huge TV, and a ping pong table.
  • Usually unused music room equipped with a grand piano.
