1 bedroom in a 2bd/1bath apartment available for subletting starting mid May. My roommate is staying over the summer, she is a 24 year old PhD student; tidy and quiet. 

Perfect place to spend your summer in Cambridge! Its close to MIT and a < 10 minute bike ride to Boston. Central/Kendall station are also nearby!

Apartment will be as pictured (minus some personal belongings from my bedroom). 

Rent is $1667 per month, and a $300 deposit is required. I'm open to talking about leasing dates,  monthly rent, and the deposit!
