Signature amenities include a 65-inch Sony TV (+ PS5), a bean bag sofa, a large Samsung Fridge that perfectly (and quietly) preserves food, and a 3D Printer supporting 25cm^3 objects. Large empty spaces are reserved for workouts or VR games.
