Looking for a comfortable, move-in-ready space this summer? I’m subletting my  private room in a 3-bedroom suite in Ashdown House (MIT Graduate Housing), ideal for someone who wants a clean, quiet space with great light and convenience.

📍 Location: 235 Albany St, Cambridge, MA

• Heart of MIT: 5-min walk to main campus
• Convenient Living: 10-min walk to Central Square (Red Line), Target, and H Mart
• Commuter Friendly: BlueBike station and MIT Shuttle stops are right outside the building

• Private bedroom in a 3BR suite
• Fully furnished: bed, desk, chair, drawers, closet, mini fridge (I will remove all of my personal items before you arrive so that you can use the entire space)
• Great natural light with large windows
• Spacious layout - plenty of room to put down a blow-up mattress or do yoga
• Shared bathroom with two suitemates
• Shared hallway with shoe rack and coat rack
• Shared kitchen with the rest of the floor (microwave and two stoves/ovens)

• Fitness & Fun: gym is just an elevator ride away! You’ll also have full access to on-site laundry, ping-pong tables, music practice rooms, billiards, and the Thirsty Ear Pub. When you need to focus, there are plenty of quiet study lounges throughout the building
• Garden: Access to one of the best courtyards, perfect for reading on the Adirondack chairs or relaxing under the trees.
• Community: Ashdown is famous for its social events and free coffee/food at "Coffee Hour"
