The apartment is located on the northwest side of MIT campus, about a 12-minute walk to the Red Line. There is also a Bluebike station right next to the building, and campus is about a 10-minute walk away.
What’s Included:
The studio is fully furnished with a bed, desk, drawers, and wardrobe. It also comes with useful household items such as a refrigerator, microwave, steam iron, vacuum cleaner, rice cooker, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Since I do not have many personal belongings, the room is generally clean and spacious, and I plan to leave the drawers and wardrobe empty for your convenience.
Utilities:
All utilities are included, including electricity, water, heating, and air conditioning.
Building Amenities:
Residents have access to a gym, BBQ area, library room, table tennis room, music room, and laundry room.
