Hi! I’m subletting my efficiency apartment at The Warehouse. The Warehouse is extremely well located, near the Gym and the sports area, and just walking distance from Central.
The unit is fully funished, and very cozy with very high ceilings, which makes it feel spacious and full of light. It also has air conditioning, perfect for summer months. In the unit you´ll find everything you need to move in: I will provide cooking, bedding and bathroom essentials so you can just move in freely.
The Warehouse is a great place to live. It has plenty of studying and social places, a fully renovated gym, and a really nice terrace with Charles´ view (great for summer months).
I am looking for longer stays, but dates and prices are flexible. Reach out and we can make it work!
PS: you can also borrow my bike for the length of your stay!
(I will have to remove the office chair and side desk from the unit, but you will find everything else -- minus my stuff, os course)
