Hello, I am subleasing my 3rd-floor private bedroom in a 3-bed apartment in Ashdown House. The apartment contains a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom. You will have two roommates, both guys in their mid-twenties. I have gotten along very well with them. The three of us keep to ourselves, but chat whenever we share the common space.
The apartment is simple, but functional and comfortable. The bedroom comes pre-furnished, but I have added a rug, a lounge chair, and a few wall prints. Some of my valuable personal items will be removed and stored off-site in my office before I leave for the summer.
I am asking for $1200 a month (less than what I pay), as an incentive. The dates for moving in and out are flexible, and I am open to a lease term that is shorter than I have listed.
EDIT: Unfortunately, my apartment is not available sooner than May 31st. I am wrapping up a project in May before I leave for the summer. I will update this listing if my plans change.
