• Dates available: 18 May - 31 July (with some flexibility - please do reach out if you'd like to ask about specific dates!)
• Rent: $1349 per month, all utilities included
• Room details:
  • Fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment, sharing a kitchen and bathroom with two very friendly male grad students!
  • Room contains: wooden desk, large wooden shelf set, 2 chests of drawers, large cupboard, single (twin size) bed including bed linen and pillows (but can be removed if you prefer your own!); also contains an XBox One and two controllers.
  • Kitchen contains: 4 hobs, oven, kettle, toaster, lots of cupboard space and a fridge-freezer (I will empty out all of my storage space for your use before I go!)
  • Bathroom contains: toilet (with safety rail), shower and sink.
• Other building amenities: on-site cardio and weights gym rooms, ping pong room, on-site laundry ($1.50 per cycle), music room.
