I'm subletting my space in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Sidney-Pacific for $1800/mo, with a $200 refundable deposit. Rent includes all utilities.
The room will be available between May 27 and August 21, but I'm flexible with different start and end dates within this range, and rent can be prorated accordingly. Longer stays are preferred.
The bedroom is fully furnished and includes a twin XL bed with mattress, two dressers, a desk with a monitor, a desk chair and side chair, a bookshelf, and a wardrobe with a mirror. The room also includes a private bathroom. The apartment features a full kitchen and a spacious living room with a dining table and large windows.
Sidney-Pacific offers a wide range of amenities, including a fitness center, music room, game room, student lounges, study rooms, common kitchens, an outdoor courtyard, in-building laundry, indoor bike storage, and a 24-hour front desk. The location is highly convenient—approximately a 10-minute walk to the MIT campus and to Central Square.
