I have fully moved out of my studio apartment and am looking for someone to sublet it for the summer.

The original rent is $2,041/month, so this is a discounted rate.

The apartment is located on the northwest side of MIT campus. It is about a 10-minute walk to campus and around a 12-minute walk to the Central station, Red Line. There is also a Bluebike station right next to the building, making it very convenient to get around Cambridge and Boston.
About the Apartment:
This is a clean, fully furnished studio apartment. I have already moved out, so there are no personal belongings in the unit. The apartment is furnished and move-in ready, with the furniture and household items listed below left for your use.
I kept the apartment clean, and since the space is free of personal clutter, it feels open and spacious. The apartment also has beautiful sunset views, which make the room especially pleasant in the evening.

The studio is fully furnished with the main furniture, including:
- Bed
- Desk
- Drawers
- Wardrobe
- Refrigerator
- Microwave
In addition, I will leave several extra items for the subletter’s convenience:
- Soft mattress topper
- Dining table and two chairs
- Shoe rack by the entrance
- Three-tier bathroom trolley
- Bathroom floor mat
The dining table and chairs can also be taken by the subletter if desired.
Utilities:
All utilities are included in the rent, including electricity, water, heating, and air conditioning.
Building Amenities:
Residents have access to several amenities, including a gym, BBQ area, library room, table tennis room, music room, and laundry room.
