I’m subletting my place and wanted to write down the actual useful details clearly.
The room is on a high floor and has three floor-to-ceiling windows, which is probably my favorite part of the space. It gets a lot of natural light during the day, so the room never feels dark or cramped. Because of the window height and the floor level, it also feels pretty open and quiet.
The room comes with a queen-size bed and a very soft mattress, which honestly made a big difference for me. There is also a sofa in the room, so the space does not feel like just “bed + desk.” It feels more like a small studio setup where you can actually rest, read, work, or just sit by the window.
Another big advantage is that it has a private kitchen and private bathroom, so you do not need to share your main daily spaces with other people. That makes life much easier, especially if you cook regularly or just want a bit more privacy.
The kitchen is already stocked with the things you would realistically need, including:
- microwave
- air fryer
- rice cooker
- oven
- pressure cooker
- steamer
So in practical terms, you really do not need to bring much. You can basically move in with your suitcase and start living here right away.
Overall, this place is especially good for someone who wants:
- good sunlight
- a quiet high-floor room
- enough space to actually live comfortably
- private bathroom + private kitchen
- a setup that is already complete
This is not a luxury listing or anything exaggerated — it is just a genuinely comfortable, efficient, well-equipped place that is easy to live in from day one.
