I’m subletting my efficiency apartment at MIT Site 4 (Graduate Tower) in Kendall Square for the summer.
The apartment is available from July 12 to July 31, with some flexibility on both start and end dates. Rent can be prorated depending on the length of stay, and longer stays are preferred.
The unit is fully furnished and includes a bed, 2 desk setup, storage space. The apartment also features a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, including a Kenmore oven.
Site 4 offers great amenities, including a fitness center, lounges, study spaces, in-building laundry, and 24-hour security/desk staff.
