I’m sublicensing my furnished Sidney-Pacific efficiency apartment from around May 22 to August 20. Dates are flexible, though I’d ideally like someone who can take most or all of the period.
It’s a private studio-style efficiency with its own bathroom and kitchen. The apartment comes furnished with a Twin XL bed, desk, chair, dresser, wardrobe, bookshelf/storage, and a comfy lounge chair. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove/oven, sink, cabinet space, and basic kitchen items. Utilities are included.
The apartment has large windows, nice views, good natural light, and a calm atmosphere. It’s also a great quiet space to work and study. Sidney-Pacific is close to MIT campus and Central Square, and the building has laundry, a gym, bike storage, study rooms, common kitchens, lounges, front desk support, and EZ-Ride nearby.
I'm hoping to find someone responsible and tidy who would enjoy and take good care of the apartment while I'm away.
Rent is $1,950/month, and I’m happy to adjust the rent if you stay for partial months. MIT affiliates only; the sublicense will go through the normal MIT Housing approval process.
