Room Features and Furnishings:
The unit is a 2-bedroom suite where two male residents share a kitchen and bathroom (each person has their own private room).
The room is fully furnished with:
- A single bed (Twin XL, 38 x 80 inches)
- A desk and a desk chair
- A bookshelf
- A large wardrobe-style closet and a dresser (ample clothing storage)
- An additional chair for casual use
The room is located on the 9th (top) floor and offers a wide, unobstructed view of the garden — perfect for those who appreciate natural light and an open, spacious feel.
Additional Items Provided (Please leave these as-is):
I will also leave a few items for your convenience, which I kindly ask you to leave in the room and return to their original places at the end of the sublease:
- A shoe rack
- A stand light for desk use
- A tall floor lamp for general lighting
- A small side table next to the bed
- (Optional) Bedding items such as a comforter, pillow, and bedsheets — let me know if you’d like me to leave these for you
Personal Items Remaining:
While I will remove most of my personal belongings, I plan to leave:
- Two 32-inch hard-shell suitcases (20 x 12 x 32 inches) under the bed, storing winter clothing
- One sealed box on top of the closet
These items will remain undisturbed in the room throughout the sublease. The Twin XL bed (38 x 80 inches) has sufficient clearance to fit at least three suitcases of this size. Photos of the under-bed space is included to help you better assess the layout and storage situation.
Building Amenities:
Sidney-Pacific offers a wide range of amenities, including:
- A fully equipped gym
- A large laundry room
- Common areas such as ping pong tables, music practice rooms, and various study spaces
There is no microwave inside the room, but shared kitchens on each floor (very close to the room) are equipped with microwaves and other appliances for your use.

- The current roommate is a clean, respectful, and considerate PhD student at MIT.
- Rent and lease period are negotiable.
