I'm moving out of Grad Junction in June and so looking to sublicense my place for the remainder of the contract: June 14 to July 31, with some flexibility on start and end dates. Rent can be prorated depending on the length of stay, with longer stays preferred.
Although the flat is originally for 4 people, two of them will have terminated their lease early by June due to graduating. So in addition to my room, it might be the case that only one other room is occupied (unless Grad Junction brings in other people to fill the vacated rooms, but I haven't seen them do this so far). If that's the case, you'll have a bathroom to yourself, and the room next to you will be vacant so it should be pretty quiet.
My room comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe (the electric keyboard in the photos is mine, so that won't stay). There's a large common area with plenty of cupboards, fridge, oven, microwave, etc. Grad Junction provides many additional facilities like washing machines on the ground floor. Utilities are included.
